What counts as analysis on demand?
Your monthly hours can be used for ad-hoc analysis, performance review calls, Loom walkthroughs, adding new charts, surfacing different metrics, modifying filters, adjusting layouts, and minor configuration changes. Essentially anything that uses your existing data model.
What sits outside analysis on demand?
Full-scale audits, hourly reporting breakdowns, new data models, custom attribution adjustments, connecting new data sources, and strategic projects (QBRs, Predictive LTV, etc.) are charged at £149/hr with hours and fees agreed in advance.
How does the first payment work?
Your first monthly fee is charged upfront to cover data setup and implementation. This includes connecting all your data sources, building your warehouse, configuring dashboards, and setting up health monitoring. Setup typically takes 2-3 weeks.
How often is pricing reviewed?
We reassess your pricing tier every 3 months based on your run rate GMV (previous 3 months total sales x 4). If your GMV grows, your pricing adjusts to the next tier.
Can I change plan mid-contract?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
