1. Services

Crux Analytics Ltd provides data infrastructure, analytics dashboards, and consulting services for ecommerce brands. Service details and pricing are as agreed in your service agreement.

2. Data Ownership

All data processed through Crux remains the property of the client. Your BigQuery warehouse, all data models, and all transformed data belong to you. Upon termination, you retain full access to your data infrastructure.

3. Payment Terms

Your first monthly service fee is charged upfront to cover data setup and implementation. Subsequent payments are billed monthly. Pricing is reviewed every 3 months based on your GMV run rate.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, analytics insights, and technical implementations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crux provides analytics and data services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our analytics or recommendations.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain full access to your BigQuery warehouse and all data.
